I was there last week and it was incredible the amount of demographic explosion the beaches are getting an incredible amount of buildings, does that enters int the role of a property manager? I went to Costa Rica with http://www.mycostaricalink.com and these guys were telling me how everything was exploding down there. So If I buy one of these do you think I would need a local manager or just come down every one in a while? what about property in Costa Rica?
