		<description>Multifamily residential properties are the least risky investment . Thats why banks will lend the most on them. Vacant units can be filled quickly compared to other types of commercial property. That being said you need a strict system to operate a profitable rental company, otherwise leave it up to a property management company.</description>

		<description>Ah, the joys of being a slum lord.  ;-)  I tried renting a property once, and it certainly was a pain.  Getting a multiple-unit piece with a dedicated manager is a far better way to go.  It&#039;s &lt;b&gt;so&lt;/b&gt; nice to have a property manager doing that work for you.</description>
