I've been hearing some horror stories on flipping homes here lately. It seems that more and more investors are finding that now is a great time to buy, but not a great time to sell. In this market, once house is secured it is very hard to flip and the investor has to absorb months of carrying costs which eventually eats up all the profit.

I always thought the shows on tv didn't include all of the holding costs involved. I wish they would show more bad things and make it realistic, we can learn a lot from all of that.
